1. How do I commission you?

➤ Message me on Vgen / instagram or email me with your idea and references before ordering.

2. How long will my commission take?

➤ Usually 5–9 days, depending on complexity and my current queue. More on TOS.

3. When do i pay?

➤ Full payment is required before I begin working on your commission.

4. Can I make changes?

➤ Yes! You will receive a sketch for approval with 2 free minor revisions during the sketch stage.

5. What if I am not sure which commission type to choose?

➤ No problem! Send me your idea and I will recommend the option that fits best.

Terms of service

GENERAL

• Please message or reach out to me before ordering.
• To commission: please contact me on vgen or via Email or Instagram/TikTok DMs.
• Please include character references, visual references, deadline or any other important details. Image references are preferred over external links.

PAYMENT

• Full payment is required upfront before work begins.
• Ko-fi is my preferred payment method, as it provides a safer and more organized commission process.
• If necessary, direct PayPal payments can also be arranged.
• All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

Process

• I will provide a sketch for approval
• 2 free minor revisions during the sketching stage
• Additional fee for minor or major changes after sketch approval.

Estimated time & delivery

• Estimated completion: 5 - 9 days. Any delays will be communicated.

Usage

• Personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
• The commissioned work may be used for personal purposes such as profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, YouTube thumbnails and music covers, provided it is not sold or used for commercial profit.
• Commercial use requires purchasing commercial rights and discussing the intended use with me beforehand.

Artist rights

• I retain copyright to all commissioned artwork. The client retains ownership of their original character/design.
• I may post the commission in my portfolio and social media unless agreed otherwise.
• You agree to not use the final product in any commercial capacity except those listed above.

Refunds

• Refunds are not available once work has begun.
• If I am unable to complete the commission, a partial refund will be issued depending on the progress made.
